•Before booking an appointment, you must determine if you're a good candidate for the procedure. Thoroughly read over the FAQS and PRE/POST CARE section.

•Click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT button. You'll be redirected to my Square online booking system, where you're able to view and book my services and available appointments. *****If you are planning on receiving the vaccine or have already received it, please schedule your appointment within 2 weeks of your dose to prevent any adverse side effects from happening*****

  

•Upon receiving your appointment request, I'll be emailing you an invoice for the deposit, which you can conveniently pay online.  Deposits are required to secure your appointment, and are due no later than 2 weeks prior to your appointment date or immediately if is within the 2 week time frame.​
